Here at Blog don't Lie we are constantly looking at ways to improve our communication and have recently extended our opening hours to deal with more requests than ever before. You can also contact us at +39.0303454483 if you would prefer to talk to a member of our dedicated team with lines open from 09:30 – 12:00 and 15:30 - 19.30. We aim to respond to email requests within 2 hours of being sent however please note that this can take slightly longer if sent after 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 18:00 (Saturday to Sunday).

ITALY  DELIVERY

In Italy shipping is free.

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour dispatch period and will be delivered in an estimated 3-5 working days. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will apply.

If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.

 

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU at a rate of Euro 15, in Swiss at a rate of Euro 30, in UK at a rate of Euro 35 and the rest of the world at a rate of Euro 40. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days, but on the odd occasion parcels can be held in customs and this can cause some delays.  We are not responsible for any imports charges that may be payable by the recipient of the parcel, unfortunately we have no control over these charges. Please note that there may me additional charges on large Worldwide orders which can be seen at the checkout stage.

All orders placed before 13.00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day with orders placed after this being dispatched the following day. All orders are fully tracked with DHL or UPS Contactless on Demand delivery.

When will you be charged?

Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.

Delivery Address

Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified an alternative delivery address may be added i.e. place of work.

It is possible to buy online on our site and collect the purchase in the store by choosing the appropriate option in the cart. We invite the customer to come to the shop after 24 hours from the order placed and with a valid identity document of the person who placed the order.

REFUND

Italy customers must return any unwanted goods within 10 working days from the day they are received, with overseas customers having 20 days from the date of delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice in with your items so we know who they have come from. The returning goods should be posted via a recorded delivery with the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. 

If you require an alternate size you can request an exchange by listing the size you wish to have sent back out, however we would alternatively recommend reordering and returning the item for a refund as we cannot guarantee that the required size will be in stock at the time that the returning parcel arrives back with us. Any order returned for an exchange will be refunded if we do not have the requested item in stock.

Please ensure when returning items in boxes such as trainers that the boxes are not cello taped as this causes damage to them. We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent with tags attached and boxes intact. 

*Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or face masks if the outer packaging has been opened. *
